They rescheduled THREE appointments on me...mind you, I just signed up and this is the first impression. I called yesterday at 2 pm, since they failed to show up at 10 and was assured that they would arrive by end of day. Nope. Today, I get a text saying they will be there at 3. I've scheduled time to be at home 3 times for them and was not able to do this 4th request. I asked for someone in customer service to call me so that I can cancel this service...and believe it or not. Crickets! No one called me. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and removed my credit card from my "portal". BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY!
